The state of South Dakota has chosen a Rapid City company to develop a major new facility in Sioux Falls. Dream Design International will develop a 'One Stop' building for the state, according to a press release from the company. It'll be located at the Dawley Farm development on the east side of the city. The building will host a dozen state agencies in one location, including the Department of Health, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Social Services. These agencies already have offices in Sioux Falls, but they're scattered across the city.
